Return to Pre-Pandemic Billing And Payment Proceedures

Dear Valued Customer,

In the early stages of the pandemic, Consolidated Utilities, Inc. and its affiliated utility systems swiftly decided to help customers keep their water and wastewater services running. This includes suspending service disconnections for non-payment. First and foremost was the health and safety of our communities.

Many households and businesses have benefited from our freeze on disconnections. This letter is to notify you that starting after January 1, 2021 we will return to standard billing and payment procedures. We want our customers to be prepared.

We encourage anyone who needs guidance managing their residential or commercial payments to contact us as soon as possible. For those who qualify options are available for them to pay past due balances and current bills to help ensure continued access to water and wastewater services.

In order to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees our lobby has been closed since March 2020. Please contact us today to discuss your specific needs. You can contact us by phone or via e-mail.

Upon commencement of non-payment disconnects, if customers wish to pay their bill in person there will be a limit of two in the lobby. A mask must be worn at all times by customers in the lobby. If paid in person by 2:00 P.M. service will be restored the same business day.

Disconnecting services for non-payment is the last step we wish to take in the current environment. Please contact us today for payment options.

Sincerely,
Consolidated Utilities
